At this interactive knife skills demonstration, try out a plastic chef knife and play-dough. Dave returns to the market to teach grown-ups and children the proper way to hold and use a chef knife. In the Slice Dice Sandbox, everyone can focus on proper form without worrying about a sharp blade. In just a few minutes, you’ll learn how to slice and dice the market’s fruits and vegetables. Cutting cucumber sticks or making gazpacho will be a breeze!
