William Teague is the Executive Chef of Glen’s Garden Market. He is the mastermind behind everything from their killer kale salad to their perfect pastrami.

Will sources all of the produce he uses in his salads, soups and sandwiches from local farmers, some of whom have actually planted acreage just for Glen’s. He also prepares all of the meat served at Glen’s, whether that’s roasting turkey, curing bison tongue, or smoking a delicious ham. He is wholeheartedly dedicated to growing relationships with vendors who treat their land, their animals, and their ingredients with respect. Before joining the team at Glen’s, Will worked in some of the best kitchens in the city. He also happens to be a past Kansas State Junior Chess Champion.
