Have you been to TICO yet? This Latin-themed newcomer to the 14th St corridor of outstanding restaurants will be represented at the market this weekend by Chef George Rodrigues. The engineering-student-turned-professional-chef learned to love food while cooking for his family in Brazil, and this passion grew into a full blown culinary career as he finished culinary school and then cooked at hotels and restaurants in Brazil, Chicago, Boston, and now, at last, our fair city. Stop by the chef table today to taste a bit of what Chef George is cooking up with market ingredients.
