One offering — “The Bloomingdale” — involves grilled Keswick cheese on Panorama’s delicious ciabatta with Number 1 Sons kimchi; the other _ “The Eckington” — is the same, but with the addition of  a crisp, sweet Reid apple. Which one will be YOUR new favorite?

Ted was the former head chef of Kelly’s Irish Times.  He is a grouchy old man who is much loved for his Falstaffian openings and closing at BFM.  The voice of BFM and the senior market manager since its opening in 1997.
