Saturday mornings at 14&U. Sunday mornings at Bloomingdale.
Every market day brings something new — a guest chef in the demo tent, a new producer at the apple table, a kids' workshop. Here's what's coming up and how to get involved.
What happens at a Markets & More market day
Each weekend the markets host more than just shopping. You'll find:
- Live cooking demos — local DC chefs cook in the demo tent with whatever is in season that weekend, free to watch and taste.
- Pop-up food vendors — a rotating cast of small businesses serving prepared food and drinks alongside the regular producers.
- Music and community programming — particularly through the summer months at both markets.
- Kids' workshops and tastings — seasonal hands-on activities that introduce kids to fresh produce.
- Bonus Bucks at the market manager's tent — SNAP/EBT customers receive matched dollars to spend with our producers.
