Griffin Greenberg is an accomplished home cook with a passion for food science and innovation. He has worked with farmers’ markets putting on recipe demos for three years, showcasing creative uses for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Griffin has also competed in several amateur cooking competitions, built cooking appliances from scratch, and had his work featured in publications like Good Housekeeping. He plans to seek a Master’s degree in Food Science in the near future. Don’t miss him while he’s at the chef’s table this weekend!
