We can’t think of a better way to kick off the market season than with the fantastic Mike Isabella restaurant group! (In fact, we’ve been daydreaming about the brussels sprouts they cooked up last autumn at our market, so we can’t wait to taste what springtime inspires.)
Part of the G Sandwich opening team, Elliot Drew has served as Chef de Cuisine since July 2013. Prior to joining G, Drew helped to open Graffiato and G Grab and Go. Chef Elliot hails from Laurel, MD and holds a degree from the Culinary Institute of America… and he’s bringing that culinary genius and love for local ingredients to our market chef table this weekend. Don’t miss it!
