Chef Walker will be the executive chef at ANXO, a neighborhood cider and pintxo bar. He is entranced by the Basque lifestyle and approach to cooking. A 20 year restaurant veteran, Walker opened Boundary Road in 2012 on the H st corridor. Before that, he spent time at Cashion’s, Proof, and Fiola. He is most excited about Anxo’s brand new plancha…. Stop by the chef table this weekend to learn more, meet this great local chef, and taste a little something delicious.
