The good folks at Pete’s New Haven are about more than just pizza (though their pizzas are pretty delicious). They have a pretty chef-driven menu, in fact. This weekend, stop by the chef table for a chat with Pete’s chef Rich Viernes and a taste of seasonal antipasti featuring some of our market ingredients.

The chefs at Pete’s pride themselves with sourcing out local ingredients that are sustainable, organic, and in season whenever possible. Get ready for roasted brussels sprouts, and local apple matchsticks with a maple-chive vinaigrette!
